By making your payment online, you acknowledge that:

MESSAGE FROM THE HARRISON TOWN COURT
DISCLAIMER – MUST READ AND CONSENT BEFORE PROCEEDING

You may use this service to a) pay fines/surcharges imposed by a Harrison Town Justice after a plea of guilty has been entered to a uniform traffic ticket or tickets (plea can be as initially charged or to a reduced charge following an Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference), and/or b) to pay suspension termination fees subsequent to the submission of a plea of guilty or not guilty to a uniform traffic ticket that has caused your privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the State of New York to become suspended.

You may not use this service to a) pay uniform traffic tickets where a plea has not yet been entered, and (b) to pay parking tickets that were left on a motor vehicle.

If, after a court appearance, you or an attorney on your behalf reached a negotiated plea to a “parking-like infraction,” you may proceed to make payment on this site by clicking “Save and Continue” below.

To pay meter or parking ticket (also known as an “Information Parking Offense”) left on your vehicle (ticket numbers commonly begin with the letter “P”), you may make payment at www.ParkingTicketAssist.com/Harrison, which is the exclusive online portal to pay for this type of offense.

This website is operated by a third-party vendor on a twenty four hour basis and is NOT an Internet office/branch office of the Harrison Town Court.

Your ticket will not be marked as PAID by the Court until the Court accepts the payment from this third-party vendor. You are not paying the Harrison Town Court directly via this website; rather, you are paying a court approved vendor who will furnish payment to the Court on your behalf.

Payments made after normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 9am – 3pm) will not be accepted and processed by the Court until the following business day (absent unforeseen circumstances).

Please note that if you have a suspension order from DMV, payment must be received NO LATER THAN 3pm on the business day PRIOR to the suspension effective date. If you are making payment after 3pm on the business day prior to suspension, or on or after your suspension effective date, an additional $70 Scofflaw fee per ticket is due and your payment will be rejected by the Court should you not authorize adequate funds to be deducted from your credit card.

No partial payments accepted!
