I have voluntarily elected to have my traffic citation entered into the Pre-Trial Diversion Traffic Program. I understand eventual dismissal of the citation hinges on the following:
      I have read the citation and understand the nature of the violation, and acknowledge I committed the violation as described.
      I will maintain a driver’s license and will drive legally to prevent getting a violation for at least the next six months.
The diversion program ends six months from the date the District Attorney’s Office accepts this payment. Then, if I have completed the above conditions, my traffic citation will be dismissed. If I have not completed them satisfactorily, the charges in the citation will be filed for trial.
