Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected. Payments such as cash, check, cashier’s check or money order can be made in person, or by mail. Please do not send cash by mail.

Payments made after 5:00 PM will not be applied until the next business day.

Payment Type

Public Records Request are $17.00 + $0.50 per page. Certified copy requests are $34.00 + $0.50 per page. Please contact the court at (623) 222-4800 before making a payment to confirm the amount due as well as to file all necessary paperwork.
