Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (877) 793-7971 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm EST.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.

NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS ACCEPTED UNLESS PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE COURT. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS FOR DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY THE COURT BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT.

Citation Payment

Before submitting a partial payment, you must first contact the court.
Persons under 17 years of age: Must appear before the judge with a parent or legal guardian or proof of marriage.
Failure to appear will result in an additional charge being filed against you for violating your promise to appear with a fine not to exceed $200.00 and additional state fees will be incurred.
