Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (877) 793-7144 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm EST.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.

**This is for residents who need various permits/services and want to process for them online within their city limits. Contact the Public Works Department at (314) 385-3300, ext. 3014 to establish new sanitation service. The resident will need to also apply for an occupancy permit to have service established.**
ALL OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND APPLIED AS A CREDIT ON THE ACCOUNT
