Important Information

Bond Payment

You can post bond for multiple defendants by 'Save Payment' then entering information about the next defendant.

Bond Payment-This amount is posted to allow the defendant to be released from jail before the defendant’s court date. The defendant may still have to appear in court on a future court date.

Pay before Release-This amount is set by the Judge on the defendant’s charge on their court appearance date. If the Judge sets a PBR, the amount posted will be applied toward the defendant’s charges. This money will not be refunded to the person making the payment.
