If your ticket number is incorrect or your payment is due to a different court, your payment may be rejected, transferred and/or refunded.

If your citation requires a court appearance, you need to appear in court.

The amount you pay may not satisfy your entire obligation with Benton County District Court.

If you failed to appear for a scheduled court date, your payment obligation may include an additional fee. In addition, on traffic offenses, the Department of Licensing may have been notified of your failure to appear and you may have to contact them to avoid a hold being placed on your license. Please contact the court directly with any questions.

An overpayment of $10.00 or less will not be refunded.

After your payment is made, you will receive confirmation from nCourt of the court’s acceptance of your payment.
