By paying your utility bill online, you acknowledge that:

If you do not pay in full you will not have fulfilled your obligation.

A service fee will be added to your bill to cover the costs of online payment. The full charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting payment.

Unpaid bills will incur a 10% penalty at 2pm on the 10th of the month.

At 2pm on the 25th of the month, any unpaid bills will incur a $15 fee.

Accounts delinquent after 2:00 p.m. on the 25th of the month are subject to disconnection without further notice. A re-connect fee of $25.00 during working hours and $35.00 after working hours and holidays will be charged and must be paid prior to service being restored.
