- In NO EVENT shall any traffic offense involving property damage, personal injury, motor vehicle accident or construction zones be payable without a court appearance FIRST.
- Minors 17 years of age and younger are required to appear before the Judge with a parent or legal guardian on the assigned court date and cannot pay on-line until they have appeared in front of the Judge.
- If you have an attorney recommendation that does not require an appearance, you may also pay online, if the signed recommendation has been filed with the court.
- If you are unable to pay, it’s your responsibility to appear in court on the court date and time listed on your citation.
