Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (314) 666-8100 Mon - Fri 7am - 7pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 1pm CST.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.

Please make sure to email the City Clerk your corresponding documentation if you are purchasing a permit. You must enter the full address for the payment.
