There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (844) 507-3631 Mon - Fri 7am - 7pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 1pm CST.

Please contact the Wister Public Works Authority clerk if your service needs to be reconnected. Additional fees for reconnection may apply.

The Wister Public Works Authority receives no money from this convenience fee. Unlike a private for-profit business, the Wister Public Works Authority cannot absorb this fee as cost of doing business, or increase fees to all users to cover these costs. Credit card companies charge fees, usually absorbed by the business and factored into the price
