Important Information

There is a service fee for processing payment(s) online or over the phone. The total charge amount will be displayed prior to submitting the payment. To make a payment by phone, please call (855) 538-0425 Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm EST.

Utility Payment

Utility Payments will be accepted in the night depository or online until 8:00 am on the 16th. If payments are received after doors are unlocked on the 16th day of the month or the first business day following a weekend/holiday there will be a 10% penalty added to the account. . To avoid shut off and $50 assessment fee, utility payments must be received before 7:59 am on the 23rd, if payments are received after doors are unlocked on the 23rd day of the month or the first business day following a weekend/holiday a $50 administrative fee will be added to all accounts.
