By making your payment online, you acknowledge that:
You do not have an outstanding warrant in any of the participating courts. If you have an outstanding warrant, you are not eligible at this time. Please contact the issuing court to have it quashed.
You have tickets that are eligible for the UP Program. If you are not sure whether your ticket is eligible, please contact the issuing court.
UP Program Participating Courts
You are applying to enroll in the UP Program – this does not mean you have been approved. The Courts will review your application and approve your account if you meet the program requirements.
This is a payment program – you must have the ability to make the minimum monthly payments.
The $35 application fee is for applying to the program and is non-refundable. This payment is not applied towards your outstanding tickets.
Paying the $35 application fee does not release the hold on your license. You must be approved and make your first month’s payment before the Department of Licensing is notified.
