What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you make a payment, we collect various required information including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process your payment and to notify you of your payment status.

How does nCourt protect customer information?
The submission process uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to virtually eliminate the possibility of unauthorized access to your private information while it is transferred across the Internet. Your personal financial data is NOT stored on computers administered by nCourt LLC.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about our visitors. However, for the application to work, cookies must be enabled in your browser.

Will nCourt disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
