We started utilizing nCourt in May of this year and we have already generated over $4000.00 in revenue from this service. We are a small court in a city of the third class so I see this as a substantial amount of revenue in a short period of time as well as funds we may not have generated if we did not have this service in place. I have had minimal issues arise but anytime I have, or I have had a question, the staff at nCourt have been very prompt and courteous in helping me out. They are a wonderful group of people to work with. With technology what it is today, and most people preferring to pay online, I am excited that we have this service available for our court!

We currently use nCourt also and have enjoyed working with them for almost 3 years now. It is a hassle free service especially since we do not actually take credit cards in our office. They can go online and see their fine and nCourt charges their own convenience fee and we get an instant email showing that it is taken care of and then check in the mail from them. I live in Atlanta, GA and have a pretty hectic schedule which limits my capability to travel during the week. With nCourt I was able to pay my fine without having to deal with the Postal Service or having to inconveniently drive to the City of Byron [around 3 hours south of Atlanta].
